Coalescing System C-12 Poly Alkota

Oil and Water Separator Poly System is a gravity flow design that requires no power for separation. This design easily separates free non-emulsified oil and solids from most wash water applications. C12 features a 195-gallon tank with a 7-day timer for the oil skimmer. 115v required for oil skimmer. The process is simply enhancing natural gravitational separation by attracting free oil and solids to the oleophilic or oil attracting material 60 times faster than mother nature herself. Transfer the waste stream to the inlet of the coalescer with a non-emulsifying pump such as an air driven diaphragm with variable speed control and the rest is done without moving parts. Oils attract gaining size and buoyancy and float to the top and solids find their way to the bottom.
